Allstar.gg powers clip creation for 20+ partner gaming sites, but most users perceived it as a native feature of those partners rather than a standalone service—resulting in poor conversion to our platform.

As the sole product designer, I designed an iframe player to increase conversion from partner sites—leading user research, interaction design, prototyping, and stakeholder alignment throughout the process

The new iframe shipped during a period of 10x platform growth and became a cornerstone of our user acquisition strategy.
